Ani Banerjee is the new chief human resources officer for the software company, KnowBe4.
Mr Banerjee will look after HR operations for KnowBe4 in 11 countries.
“I came to KnowBe4 in part because the company has a strong, innovative culture, and extremely high calibre staff,” said Mr Banerjee.
With 30 years of experience in HR leadership, Mr Banerjee has previously worked for Yahoo, Dell, AOL, and VMware across multiple countries.
“I saw that within the company people operate as business partners to achieve common goals, which is something of a brass ring for HR. KnowBe4 is clearly one of the leaders contributing to Tampa Bay’s emergence as a vibrant high-tech hub. It’s an exciting time to be involved.”
Mr Banerjee will be using his experience to shape the future of KnowBe4, working on projects that include recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
CEO Stu Sjouwerman is excited to have the capable leader on board.
