Superannuation fund Australian Retirement Trust (ART) has announced Super Fund Onboarding (SFO) to assist in organising superannuation funds for employees and employers alike, making onboarding simpler.
Dave Woodall, ART’s chief growth officer, commented on the launch: “Australian Retirement Trust is committed to supporting our employer partners around the country and we’re delighted to be able to offer them our innovative Super Fund Onboarding digital tool.
“SFO lightens the administration load when onboarding new employees and provides a fully trackable and seamless employee onboarding journey – eliminating errors and data inaccuracies,” said Mr Woodall.
The digital tool launched in October and since then, 1,500 employers have utilised the software to automate the superannuation fund process for employees, according to ART.
Mr Woodall continued: “We aim to make it as simple as possible for our employer partners to do business with us, and that’s why we developed this tool.
“We’ve received excellent feedback from our employers that the tool is intuitive to use, with the support material clear and easy to understand,” he said.
The software was created by super management software company Beam, which is a part of ART.
Mr Woodall added: “Over the coming months we expect thousands more employers to use the SFO digital tool. With simplicity a cornerstone of how we do business, this new digital tool strengthens our existing product and service offering to employer partners.”
