The study was conducted in an online survey that encouraged a range of business professionals to participate. The sample of 1,024 participants was of primarily business leaders, line managers, and employees. Additionally, a contingent of HR leaders were asked to provide insights via open-ended responses.

Almost 9 in 10 (89%) professionals believe that operating, at least in part, in an outcome-focused environment delivers the best business outcomes.
Almost 3 in 4 (72%) of professionals highlighted that leadership is a mix of an inherent trait and a skill that can be learnt.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, 48% of organisations have used new technological tools or increased use of existing tools to support people management.
