Financial services software provider HUB24 has appointed Amy Rixon as its new chief people officer (CPO).
Ms Rixon shared with HR Leader: “I’m pleased to be joining the HUB24 Group leading its people and culture team and supporting its ongoing success. I look forward to working alongside a talented team during what is an exciting period of growth for the business.”
Beginning the role on 1 February, Ms Rixon brings with her over 20 years of experience in HR and leadership. Ms Rixon has previously worked in financial services, IT, telecommunications, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Hub24 managing director Andrew Alcock commented on the announcement: “Our people are critical to our group’s ongoing success, and as chief people officer, Amy’s leadership will be particularly important as we position ourselves for future success.

Ms Rixon’s most recent roles include CPO at Frucor Suntory and chief brand, people and culture officer at ARQ Group. In these roles, Ms Rixon assisted in leadership, development, strategy, and people and change management.
Ms Rixon also previously worked in HR for Suncorp and Ipsos.
