A new partnership has been cemented that aims to deliver a one-stop-shop solution that’ll enhance workforce management and payroll requirements.
Frontier Software and UKG have kicked off their partnership this week in a bid to bridge the HR technology gap for ANZ enterprises.
Frontier Software is described as a leader in the provision of payroll software solutions, while UKG is described as a leading provider of HR and workforce management solutions.
Together, the partnership will see tight integration between the pair so that enterprise organisations can benefit from a solution that spans right through operations from time capture to payslips.
“Customers will see improved employee experience and enhanced compliance to meet the specific and complex requirements of the ANZ market,” a statement explained.
“Employees will have confidence that they are with an organisation that can offer a better experience in workforce management and payroll through the UKG and Frontier Software offering.”
Commenting on the partnership, Nick Southcombe, chief executive officer at Frontier Software, said: “The legislative and wage compliance environment in Australia and New Zealand is challenging for enterprise organisations and is high on the agenda of leaders and boards. In addition, many organisations are looking to consolidate vendors to deliver fewer touchpoints and increased efficiencies.
