HR platform HiBob has appointed a new chief information officer, who has been charged with supercharging the business’s innovation and growth.
Michal Lewy Harush (pictured) is the new CIO for HiBob, an appointment that the business said underscores HiBob’s commitment to leveraging IT and data to support continued growth and prepare for future milestones, including a possible IPO.
Her role will see her provide “considered vision and leadership”, HiBob posited in a statement, ensuring that the company’s IT and data infrastructure align flawlessly with its business objectives and future growth plans, and she will also develop an infrastructure that supports AI initiatives, including computational power, data storage, and processing capabilities.
Furthermore, she will be responsible for continuing to build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, attracting, retaining, and developing top technology talent to achieve HiBob’s strategic goals.
Speaking about his new role, Lewy Harush said: “I am thrilled to join HiBob during this period of rapid growth in our team, customer base, and product development.
“My key focus will be on data management and security, establishing robust data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance with regulations.
“I also bring a fresh perspective to our cyber security practices, safeguarding sensitive information from potential threats.”

Lewy Harush will report to Zehavi and oversee management information systems, data infrastructure, procurement, and IT.
