Ombpoint has a new employee advisor with the addition of Jessica Dunlop to their team. Ombpoint describes itself as, “Australia’s first workplace conflict support platform”.

She has 15 years of experience and said in a statement: “I am looking forward to supporting Ombpoint clients (employees) with workplace issues, whether they be big or small, particularly as it will offer me the opportunity, as a Butchella woman from Fraser Island (renamed K’gari in 2021), to support my community while doing so.”
Lindall West, who is Ombpoint’s managing director, welcomed Ms Dunlop in the statement announcing her new role, commenting: “I am delighted that Jessica has joined the team. Her diverse experience working across a range of industry sectors, and her skills in guiding us to deal inclusively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, make her a valuable addition to the team.”
Some of Ms Dunlop’s previous roles were at Creative Activation, Seton Villa and Invacare Australia.
Ms Dunlop stated of her new position: “It’s a role that dovetails with my varied experiences in human resources in both the not-for-profit and commercial sectors. Ombpoint, which has been in operation since the end of 2020, said that they are: “Aiming to have an impact in organisations where there are First Nations’ employees with the hiring of Jessica Dunlop, an experienced human resources professional.”
